Bath Bomb Squad Affiliate Terms of Use

  1. Agreement to Terms By joining the Bath Bomb Squad Squaddie Program as an authorised Squaddie (Affiliate), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Read the entire Agreement carefully before registering or promoting Bath Bomb Squad. Your participation is limited to legally advertising our website to earn commissions on memberships and products purchased by customers you refer. Signing up constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement and all its terms.

  2. Application Approval We reserve sole and absolute discretion to approve or reject any Squaddie (Affiliate) application. No legal recourse is available against us for any application rejection.

  3. Commissions and Payment Commissions are payable weekly on Friday to the bank details you upload to your back office (UK: account number and sort code; International: IBAN and SWIFT). Commissions are paid only on completed transactions. If a customer refund or chargeback occurs, commissions already paid will be invoiced to you for return or deducted from future payments.

  4. Suspension and Termination We may suspend or terminate your Squaddie (Affiliate) status immediately for, including but not limited to:

  • False, misleading, or inappropriate advertisements;
  • Spamming or mass unsolicited communications;
  • Advertising on sites that promote illegal activity;
  • Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship where disclosure is required by FTC or applicable law;
  • Intellectual property infringement (we may require license agreements to protect our marks);
  • Offering rebates, coupons, or other promised kickbacks from affiliate commissions (note: adding bonuses or bundling other products is permitted);
  • Partnering with other health and wellness brands in a manner we deem unacceptable. Additionally, we may terminate any account at any time, for violation of this Agreement or for any reason.

  1. Use of Affiliate Links and Creative Assets You may use our approved graphic and text links on websites and in email messages, and may advertise in online/offline classifieds, magazines, and newspapers. You may use our provided creatives or create your own, provided they comply with this Agreement and do not violate the Termination provisions.

  2. Coupons, Deals and Coupon Sites Coupons or deals are only valid for Squaddies (Affiliates) expressly authorised to promote them. Prohibited activities include:

  • Misleading text implying unauthorised discounts or deals;
  • Bidding on branded coupon/discount search terms without permission;
  • Generating pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or any hidden actions that set affiliate cookies unless the user explicitly initiates a coupon/deal click that leads to the merchant site;
  • Hiding coupon/deal details prior to cookie set or using “Click for Deal/Coupon” language when no deal exists. Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal and account deletion.

  1. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy PPC bidding on Bath Bomb Squad terms is prohibited without prior written permission.

  2. Liability and Warranties Bath Bomb Squad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or commissions resulting from tracking failures, data loss, or other Program disruptions. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the Program, our website, memberships, or products and do not guarantee error-free operation.

  3. Term and Modifications This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and ends when your affiliate account is terminated. We may modify these terms at any time; continued participation after modification constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept any modification, your sole remedy is to terminate your Squaddie (Affiliate) account.

  4. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bath Bomb Squad, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns from and against any liabilities, damages, fines, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct in connection with this Agreement.

  5. Electronic Signature This Agreement is an electronic contract. Completing the Bath Bomb Squad application process constitutes your electronic signature and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

Locked and loaded – execution of these terms admits you to the Program.
